Paint Prepper 2nd Shift

Education/Experience Minimum:

A high school degree or GED equivalent is required. As well as 3 years of experience in Auto Painting and Prep.

Preferred:

Certified Trade Schooling Auto Body course and five years of Auto Painting and Prep experience. Major Responsibilities Prioritizes work orders in congruence with shipping date and production time. Prepares aluminum and other materials for the painting process using dual-action sanders and other surface preparation equipment. Clean and stage material on racks to be painted Thoroughly inspects completed project to guarantee superior quality. Exhibits and promotes behavior indicative of effective team functioning. Performs any other task or assumes any additional responsibility to facilitate the manufacturing process or better the company. Interacts with other department's employees in a respectful and effective manner.

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
