Sheet Metal Powder Coater:
A solid track record of stable employment. A collaborative, team player mindset with a willingness to assist where needed. Prior experience in an industrial painting environment is preferred. Able to follow detailed directions and strictly adhere to all safety protocols. Dependable, punctual, and reliable. Ability to wear required respiratory protection equipment. Sheet Metal Powder Coater:
Initiate current flow, activate conveyor systems, and operate paint spraying equipment. Set system pressure and regulate the flow of powder coating to each spray station. Monitor and adjust paint controls as needed throughout the shift. Inspect finished units to identify and correct excess coating or missed spots. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace (good housekeeping). Spray components manually to touch up unpainted areas or apply rust preventative. Benefits for a
