Job:

The Industrial Painter is responsible for preparing, painting, and inspecting fabricated metal parts to ensure a high-quality finish that meets customer specifications. This position works closely with production teams to maintain workflow and ensure on-time shipment.

• Paid on the job training- will be trained to perform multiple functions Job Duties (could include any of the following):
• Set up and operate industrial paint sprayers to apply coatings to fabricated parts
• Prepare surfaces for painting using the required methods
• Determine paint flow, viscosity, and coating quality by performing visual inspections
• Fill and maintain paint hoppers with required coating material
• Plan jobs accordingly to ensure completion of assignments
• Dispose of hazardous waste in designated areas according to safety regulations
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of paint equipment and work areas
