We have 80,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space with state-of-the-art equipment and innovative technologies that ensure every project stands apart from the rest. L&H Companies is experiencing growth and is seeking a full-time Industrial Painter. Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Priming and painting sign components, spray two-part urethanes, color matching & QA Prepare components for painting. Including sanding, taping and minor repairs to ensure smooth paint finish Advise in the selection and storage of painting materials Read, comprehend, and work from plans

Requirements:

Experience working in a high-volume manufacturing environment is required Excellent organizational and communication skills; written, verbal, and listening Requires strong problem-solving skills and extraordinary attention to detail Ability to work independently to successfully complete work assignments Must be willing and able to work outside of regular business hours if/when needed If you're looking for an interesting career in a unique industry contact us for consideration.
