Our Core Values Integrity Teamwork Excellence Accountability Continuous Improvement Customer Commitment What You'll Do As a Collision Center Paint Technician, you'll perform all phases of the automotive refinishing process while ensuring every repaired vehicle is restored to manufacturer specifications and dealership quality standards.
Responsibilities include:
Prepare vehicle panels and surfaces for refinishing Sand, mask, prime, seal, and refinish repaired vehicles Mix and match paint using computerized mixing systems and manufacturer formulas Apply primers, base coats, clear coats, and specialty finishes Blend adjacent panels for seamless color matching Operate spray guns, paint booths, prep stations, and refinishing equipment Inspect finished repairs for color match, gloss, texture, coverage, and overall quality Perform quality control inspections and correct imperfections as needed Maintain paint equipment, spray guns, booths, and work areas Follow OEM repair procedures, I-CAR standards, and all environmental and safety regulations Collaborate with estimators, body technicians, detail technicians, and management to ensure timely, high-quality repairs Treat every customer's vehicle with professionalism and care What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of automotive collision paint/refinishing experience preferred Experience with paint mixing, color matching, blending, and refinishing techniques Experience using computerized paint mixing systems Knowledge of OEM repair procedures I-CAR Certification preferred ASE Refinish Certification preferred Paint Manufacturer Certifications are a plus Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team What We Offer Competitive Flat Rate Pay based on experience and productivity Performance Incentives Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) 401(k) with Company Match Paid Vacation & Holidays Employee Vehicle Purchase Program Paid Training & Professional Development Career Advancement Opportunities Modern Equipment & Technology A newly renovated, state-of-the-art Collision Center Supportive, family-oriented culture Physical Requirements Ability to stand, bend, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 70 pounds Ability to work safely around paint products, spray equipment, and collision repair tools Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) Comfortable working in a fast-paced collision repair environment Restore More Than Vehicles—Build a Career You're Proud Of.
