Extensive knowledge of painting techniques, coatings, and the ability to manage projects. Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality, durable finishes. Ability to read and interpret technical specifications. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Must be able to pass truck and crane certification with training upon hire. Strong communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of safety regulations, environmental controls, and PPE requirements in industrial painting. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in a lead role, even if from a different skill set, is acceptable as long as painting skills are present. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
