What You'll Do Prep metal cabinets and signs using electric sanders Apply bond/filler as needed and sand to finish Prime and paint using gravity-fed paint guns Mix custom paint colors Move signs and cabinets using carts, forklifts, or team lifting Maintain clean, safe paint booths and work areas Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures What We're Looking For Experience painting metal or aluminum preferred Ability to use paint guns, sanders, and hand tools Ability to read tape measures and shop drawings Comfortable working in a loud, industrial environment Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. (team lift up to 100 lbs.) Forklift experience or certification is a plus.
