What You'll Do Prepare plastic surfaces for painting Mix standard and custom colors Apply translucent acrylic paint using HVLP spray equipment Adjust spray guns for proper paint flow and coverage Mask and protect surfaces before painting Inspect and correct finish imperfections Clean paint guns, booths, pressure pots, and work areas Follow all PPE, fire-safety, material-storage, and equipment-safety procedure What We're Looking For Previous plastic-painting or industrial spray-painting experience Experience with paint guns, sanders, and other hand or power tools The ability to mix colors, read a tape measure, and follow shop drawings Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset The ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment Forklift experience a plus Ability to lift up to 70 lbs (team lift up to 100 lbs) Schedule Full-time, 40 hours/week Overtime as needed; occasional evenings/weekends Why Join Us Hands-on work with skilled trades Safety-focused culture Opportunity to grow skills within manufacturing and sign production Benefits Competitive Pay Comprehensive Health Insurance Dental and Vision 401(k) Plan with Company Match Generous Vacation Schedule Paid Holidays Flexible and Hybrid Work Schedules (depending on position) Opportunities for Advancement Ready to put your skills to work?
