We're looking for a Paint Technician who treats every car like a canvas and every finish like a signature. This isn't an assembly line. It's a craft. If you're the painter who spots the orange peel from three feet away, who lives for a perfect blend, and who takes pride in your work long after the car leaves the booth, we want to meet you. The Role You bring vehicles back to factory finish, and then some. Mix, match, and apply paint to OEM color and finish standards Prep, prime, base, clear, and blend with precision Work fast without cutting corners. Flow beats hurry. Inspect every panel before it leaves your booth Collaborate with body technicians and the production team to keep the schedule moving Maintain a clean, organized, safe booth and equipment What You Bring Auto collision paint experience required Strong color theory and blending skills Familiarity with modern waterborne and solvent paint systems (PPG, Axalta, Sikkens, BASF, or similar) Pride in your work, attention to detail, and the patience to do it right the first time High school diploma or equivalent Physical ability to bend, kneel, lift up to 30 lbs, and work in a paint booth environment I-CAR or paint manufacturer certifications a plus Pay & Benefits Pay on a commissioned hour basis, with a weekly safety net (guaranteed minimum earnings) Compensation reflects experience and production Paid weekly Up to 14 days PTO annually (available after 90 days, prorated in first year) 1 Floating Holiday upon hire Health, dental, and vision insurance Voluntary life insurance Short term and long term disability Real career growth in a fast growing company Our Core Values Culture First Excellence.
