Job Description
Position Summary Showplace is looking for a detail-oriented Paint Sprayer to help produce high-quality cabinetry products. In this role, you will apply stains, sealers, toners, varnishes, and other finishing materials while ensuring products meet our quality standards. Team members are expected to follow established procedures, maintain a clean and safe work area, and rotate between various finishing positions as needed. Essential Functions Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Apply stains, sealers, toners, and top coats to cabinetry productsInspect your own work to ensure quality standards are metFollow work instructions and production schedulesHandle hazardous materials and hazardous waste safelyProperly catalyze and decatalyze finishing productsRepair minor product defects and assist with basic finishing equipment maintenanceMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentRotate between various finishing department positions as needed Equipment Used Spray gunsSpray boothsSpray pumps
