Job Description

1st shift starting pay - $18 per hour 2nd shift starting pay - $20 per hour Paint Prep/ Wash/Caulking. Summary The Paint Prep/ Wash/Caulking role prepares the product for painting by washing, masking, sanding and caulking product per instructions. The position is responsible for moving the product to the paint booth. The Paint Prep will also remove all tape and paper after the product is completely dry and maintains a clean and safe area. A successful candidate is a self-motivated multi-tasker that utilizes a strong work ethic to ensure all painting quality levels are met. Able to work overtime as needed, including extended hours and weekends Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs. Incumbent will follow other job-related instructions and perform other job-related duties from time to time if requested by management. Must be 18 years of age Required; High School Diploma or G.E.D Equivalent Preferred; Technical education courses, post secondary institutions, such as vocational and technical institutes, community colleges, and/or training through the U.S. Armed Forces
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
May be able to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs regularly. Frequently bending, stooping, kneeling and/or standing. Must wear
ASTM 2413
Steel-Toe/Composite-Toe footwear, ear plugs, safety glasses, goggles, masks with protective lenses, and any other required equipment to prevent burns, eye injuries, and injury from falling objects.
