We are currently hiring an Experienced Collision Painter who takes pride in high-quality finishes and consistency. If youre skilled in your craft and want to work in a clean, supported, professional environmentwith a signing bonus availablethis is the opportunity for you.

What Youll DoPrepare vehicles for paint, including sanding, masking, priming, and staging.

Mix and apply paint using manufacturer specifications and company standards.

Deliver high-quality, consistent finishes across a variety of makes and models.

Perform color matching and blending with precision.

Inspect completed work to ensure OEM and quality expectations are met.

Collaborate with body technicians and leadership to meet production goals.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe paint booth and work area.

What You Bring3+ years of experience as a professional collision painter.

Strong knowledge of paint systems, color matching, and refinishing techniques.

High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Experience working in a production-focused collision environment.

Valid drivers license and reliable attendance.

I-CAR or OEM certifications are a plus.
