In this role, youll operate blasting equipment and apply coatings to steel components while ensuring quality, safety, and production goals are met. What Youll Do Blast steel products to customer specifications Safely operate blasting equipment and tools Rotate materials during the blasting process Perform basic equipment maintenance Maintain a clean and organized work area Track job progress and communicate with team members Support safety and continuous improvement efforts What Were Looking For High school diploma or GED 1+ year of blasting experience preferred Ability to read work instructions and blueprints Experience with industrial tools and equipment Forklift/lift certification (or ability to obtain) Must pass respirator fit test Core Competencies Safety First Mindset
