This energetic position offers hands-on experience in auto body repair, painting, and vehicle maintenance, providing a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You'll assist experienced technicians with a variety of tasks to ensure vehicles are restored to their best condition while gaining valuable industry knowledge.

MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD. PAY WILL DEPEND ON EXPERIENCE.

Responsibilities Assist with auto body repairs, including sanding, buffing, and prepping surfaces for painting Help with vehicle disassembly and reassembly, including removal and installation of auto glass and trim Perform basic mechanical tasks such as light welding, heavy lifting, and using hand tools to support repairs Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained Qualifications Dealership or auto body shop experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools Knowledge of auto body repair processes Strong attention to detail with excellent customer service skills when interacting with clients or team members Willingness to develop skills.
