August 4, 2026 Industrial Painter Arlington, TX $17 / per hour Full time Apply Now Back Job Description Industrial Painter $17/hr. 5:30am-5pm (Monday-Wednesday) 5:30am-12:00pm (Thursday) Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Industrial Painter to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will apply paint and coatings to rubber components while ensuring a high-quality finish that meets company standards. The ideal candidate has a steady hand, an excellent eye for detail, and the ability to remain focused while performing repetitive tasks. This position requires standing for extended periods in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities Paint rubber parts according to work instructions and quality specifications. Apply coatings evenly and accurately using the appropriate painting methods and equipment. Inspect finished parts to ensure proper coverage, color consistency, and overall quality. Touch up or rework parts that do not meet quality standards. Follow written and verbal instructions to complete production orders accurately. Handle and organize parts before and after painting. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE. Meet daily production goals while maintaining a high level of quality. Report equipment issues or product defects to the supervisor. Qualifications Previous manufacturing or industrial painting experience is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with a steady hand for precise painting. Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Dependable with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality. Physical Requirements Must be able to stand for 10+ hours per shift. Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to perform repetitive hand movements throughout the shift. Ability to lift, bend, reach, and move parts as needed. Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment while wearing required PPE. Preferred Skills Industrial or manufacturing painting experience. Quality inspection experience.
