Position range in El Paso County $27k - $37k Per Year Painter and Body Work
Clean, sand, grind, mask, and blast surfaces to remove old paint, rust, or grease, ensuring optimal adhesion for new coatings.
Apply industrial paints, primers, enamel, or polyurethane to heavy equipment using spray guns, rollers, or brushes.
Mix paint and solvents according to manufacturer specifications and maintain painting tools.
Adhere to strict safety guidelines, including using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to manage hazardous materials, fumes, and overspray. Previous experience with industrial spray painting, heavy machinery, or automotive refinishing.
Knowledge of surface preparation techniques, paint mixing, and coating applications.
Ability to work in confined spaces, stand for long periods, and work with heavy materials.
Proficiency in using spray equipment, sandblasters, and power tools
