INDUSTRIAL SANDBLASTER

ESSENTIAL JOB

FUNCTIONSPrepare parts for coating Follow all principles and practices of coating application Operate all sandblasting and coating equipment Determine paint flow, viscosity, and coating quality by performing visual inspectionsEnsure that all components are produced/coated efficiently, and are consistent with company established goals for quality and customer order on-time performance Ensure quality standards and processes are used throughout facility Ensure safety guidelines are being met to assure a safe work environment Load and unload parts and/or products Good knowledge of the mechanics and repair of painting equipment Proper cleaning and maintenance of equipmentClean-up work areas, equipment, supplies and materials; apply standard safety practices and procedures.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to lift up to 30 poundsHigh School diploma or equivalent preferredExperience with manufacturing & productionBi-Lingual preferredSandblasting experience requiredAble to read drawings is preferredPreferred working knowledge of calipers & gaugesDetail-oriented and consistentBasic mathematics, reading and writing #psbrenham
