Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Paint Group Leader to oversee daily operations in the paint department and ensure high-quality production, safety, and team performance. Responsibilities Lead and support paint department employees Monitor workflow and production schedules Train and coach team members Perform quality inspections Maintain a safe and organized work area Requirements Minimum 6 months of experience in a manufacturing environment Previous leadership experience preferred Experience with industrial painting equipment, including electrostatic or air-assist paint guns Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) Preferred Qualifications Trade school certificate or associate degree related to manufacturing or painting processes Benefits after first Month.
