In this role, you will be responsible for restoring vehicles to their optimal appearance through expert paint correction, refinishing, and surface preparation techniques. Your expertise will ensure each vehicle leaves our facility with a flawless finish, exceeding customer expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity for automotive enthusiasts passionate about craftsmanship, precision, and delivering top-tier results in auto paint protection and restoration. Responsibilities Perform paint correction procedures to eliminate surface imperfections such as scratches, swirl marks, oxidation, and blemishes using specialized buffing and polishing tools. Prepare vehicle surfaces meticulously through sanding, masking, and surface preparation techniques to ensure best possible prep work and finish quality. Being able to hand wash a Vehicle properly Execute ceramic coating applications using microfiber applicators Utilize dual action polishers for buffing/ paint correction and all equipment necessary to refine surfaces and achieve a smooth, mirror-like finish. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow, maintain a clean work environment, and uphold safety regulations related to heavy lifting and the use of hazardous materials. Provide excellent customer service by explaining correctionprocesses and ensuring customer satisfaction with the final results Requirements. Proven experience in dealership or auto styling shop environments with a strong background in automotive buffing, auto paint correction, and surface preparation. Knowledge of automotive surface preparation techniques including sanding, masking, compounding and polishing. Familiarity with automotive coatings. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during complex detail services. Excellent customer service skills coupled with effective communication abilities. Certifications in ceramic coating applications and paint correction, Not required but will need to demonstrate ability before hire.
