Job Description

Experienced Industrial Painter (2nd Shift) Manpower is hiring on behalf of a valued manufacturing client seeking an experienced Industrial Painter for a 2nd Shift opportunity. If you have a background in industrial coatings and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd like to hear from you.
Pay:
$17.45/hour (D.O.E)
Schedule:
Monday - Friday (Weekends may vary) 2nd
Shift:
3:30 PM - 11:30 PM or 1:30 AM, depending on business needs Must be flexible to work up to 10 hours per day as required Key Responsibilities Apply industrial paints and coatings to equipment and components Prepare, mix, and apply paints according to specifications Perform hydro testing as required Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures Qualifications 2-4 years of industrial painting experience Experience with industrial coatings such as enamel, epoxy, zinc, Amerlock, Carboline, and thinners Knowledge of paint preparation, mixing, and application techniques Experience working around heavy equipment and machinery in a manufacturing environment Ability to read measuring devices and perform basic math calculations Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Physical & Work Environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally Frequent standing, walking, bending, climbing, and reaching throughout the shift Manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures Work around forklifts, spray paint equipment, and industrial machinery If you're an experienced Industrial Painter looking for your next opportunity, apply today through Manpower.
