Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Painter and bring vibrant visions to life across residential, commercial, and industrial projects! As a key contributor, you'll be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying coatings with precision, and ensuring high-quality finishes that meet client expectations. Whether working on renovation, restoration, or new construction sites, your expertise will help create visually stunning environments that stand the test of time. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces thoroughly by cleaning, sanding, caulking, plastering, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion and durability Apply paint using various techniques including brush painting, roller painting, spray painting (including airless and conventional spray systems), and construction spray painting methods Interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans to execute projects accurately Use hand tools and power tools safely to complete surface preparation and finishing tasks efficiently Perform structural painting tasks such as stucco application, masonry coating, and concrete finishing on diverse surfaces Conduct surface testing with visual color comparison tools to match specified color schemes accurately Follow strict safety regulations by wearing appropriate respiratory protection and adhering to safety protocol guidelines at all times Qualifications Proven experience in construction painting with a strong understanding of surface preparation and coating application techniques Knowledge of construction estimating processes and interpreting technical drawings or schematics Skilled in residential painting, commercial painting, industrial painting, and renovation projects Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, paint sprayers (including airless), brushes, rollers, and scaffolding or ladders safely Familiarity with construction site safety regulations and proper use of respiratory protection equipment Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and material estimations Experience with carpentry (trim carpentry, framing), caulking, plastering, masonry, or welding is a plus but not required Strong attention to detail with an eye for visual color matching and surface quality standards Prior experience interpreting blueprints or technical schematics relevant to construction or restoration projects Join us in delivering exceptional craftsmanship that transforms spaces!
