Job Title:
Industrial Painter / Spray Tech We are currently hiring an experienced Industrial Painter / Spray Tech to join our team in Sanger, TX. Our shop specializes in custom shipping container modifications, tiny homes, offices, trailer projects, and industrial fabrication work. We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, a solid work ethic, and experience with industrial coatings and spray applications in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting, including masking, sanding, cleaning, and paint prep Apply coatings using spray equipment and other painting tools Work with latex, oil, enamel, epoxy, and industrial coatings Assist with painting custom container projects and fabricated structures Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Work with team members to complete projects on schedule Requirements 2-4+ years of professional painting or spray tech experience Experience with industrial coatings and spray applications Knowledge of masking and paint prep procedures Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic Comfortable working on ladders Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen Preferred Experience Industrial painting Spray application equipment Fabrication or container project experience Epoxy and specialty coatings What We Offer Full-time, steady work Monday-Friday schedule Opportunities for growth and advancement Unique custom fabrication projects Supportive team environment Schedule Monday through Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Pay Pay based on experience Job Type Full-time Location Sanger, TX Work Location In person
