Responsibilities:
Weld, fabricate, and paint metal components for all things trailers; boat, cargo, UTV, pontoons. Perform MIG welding on steel materials. Prep, prime, and paint trailers to ensure a durable and professional finish. Operate painting equipment such as spray guns and ensure proper application techniques. Inspect and repair the welds and paint finish as needed. Follow blueprints and specifications. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Weld and assemble durable boat trailers. Work with a skilled team in a fast-paced, progressive environment. Learn new techniques and improve your craft. Take pride in creating products that keep boats safe on the road.
Requirements:
Experience in MIG welding preferred. 1+ year of painting experience (industrial painting preferred). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various positions (standing, bending, kneeling). Familiarity with safety procedures and proper PPE usage.
