Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Automotive/RV Painter and Bodywork Specialist to join our energetic team. In this role, you will be responsible for restoring vehicles and recreational vehicles (RVs) to their optimal condition through expert painting, bodywork, and repair techniques. Your expertise will help ensure our customers receive top-quality service and exceptional results. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about auto body repair, auto painting, and vehicle restoration to showcase their talents in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. Flat Rate $40.00 per hour. Responsibilities Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality Perform auto body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, welding, and structural repairs using hand tools and power tools Apply primer, paint, clear coats, and other finishes using airless paint spraying equipment and buffing techniques to achieve a flawless appearance. Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks such as mechanical inspections, heavy lifting, and auto restoration projects to support overall vehicle quality Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times Skills Proven dealership or auto body shop experience with a strong background in auto painting and repair techniques Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, airless paint sprayers, buffing equipment, and detailing products Knowledge of auto estimating processes and customer service best practices Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during auto restoration projects Experience with auto maintenance tasks including vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and general upkeep Strong communication skills combined with a proactive attitude towards teamwork and customer satisfaction Join us if you're ready to bring your passion for auto body work and painting into a vibrant environment where your skills make a real difference!
