Second Shift Painter / Shop Hand Lynchburg Powder Coating - Lynchburg, VA Lynchburg Powder Coating is hiring a dependable Second Shift Painter / Shop Hand to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Experience with powder coating or industrial painting is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person. Responsibilities Hang and remove parts from production racks Powder coat parts to quality standards (training provided) Package finished parts for shipment Assist with masking, prep work, and general shop duties Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety and quality procedures Qualifications Reliable with a strong work ethic Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
