Posted on August 6, 2026 Published By Kristy Peiffer Trillium construction is now hiring Industrial Painters and Blasters in the Richmond, VA area!

Work will take place on various job locations across the Mid-Atlantic region. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial coatings and surface preparation. Work is Monday-Friday with some Saturdays. Pay is $30/hour. Long term, fulltime opportunity.

Duties:

Abrasive blasting and surface preparation
Application of industrial coating (epoxy, urethane…)
Operate blasting/painting equipment safely and efficiently.
Follow OSHA and company safety procedures.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in industrial painting, sandblasting or coating application.
Reliable transportation to job sites.
Willingness to travel for projects.
Physical ability to perform demanding tasks (lifting, climbing, working at heights).
Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
