RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepares metal and composite parts for finishing by performing sanding, priming, surface prep, and inspection tasks. Ensures components meet quality standards before moving into paint or coating processes. Duties include material handling, masking, cleaning, and consistent attention to detail. Candidates should have prior shop or manufacturing experience, comfort with hand tools, and the ability to follow detailed prep procedures.
