Job Description

Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finisher to join our manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for completing products with precision, ensuring they meet quality standards and are ready for delivery or installation. Your expertise will help us produce high-quality, polished items that meet customer expectations and safety requirements. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic production environment where craftsmanship and efficiency are valued. Responsibilities Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments to finish manufactured parts and assemblies with accuracy. Apply industrial and construction painting techniques, including auto painting and airless paint spraying, to enhance product appearance and protection. Operate forklifts, cranes, and other materials handling equipment safely to move components within the workspace. Perform fabrication tasks such as welding, auto body repair, machining, and assembly to complete final product stages. Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments to ensure products meet specifications and standards. Utilize auto body repair skills and auto painting techniques for finishing surfaces requiring detailed attention. Follow lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency in finishing processes. Skills Proficiency with forklift operation, cranes, power tools, hand tools, and airless paint spraying equipment. Strong mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing, machining, welding, fabrication, and auto body repair. Experience handling materials in warehouse or industrial settings with a focus on safety and efficiency. Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and use basic math for measurements and calculations. Knowledge of industrial painting techniques including construction painting and auto painting processes. Familiarity with materials handling procedures and the use of precision measuring instruments for quality assurance. Pay:
$25.00 - $45.00 per hour
