1st shift (Monday
  • Friday; 4am
  • 12:30pm) or 2nd shift (Monday
  • Friday 12pm
  • 8:30pm)
Job Summary:
Must be able to mix and measure paint per specifications. Review work order and confirm mixed paint and part match, prior to painting in booth Clean parts as per specification Paint part according to specification and thickness Keep paint booth filters changed, booth FOD free and complete paperwork. Post paint inspection of parts for appearance and proper coverage. Able to paint effectively on different surfaces and metals Applies some advanced skills that allow employee to adapt and meet some complex or non-routine situations Observe safety regulations and wear protective masks and clothing during spray painting operations. Complete the paint daily checklist. Properly utilizes all PPE required under OSHA Guidelines. Maintains all paint equipment. Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
Education:
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (Required) Experience
  • 1+ year of relevant experience Must be able to train in other shifts before going to assigned scheduled shift

Work Environment:
Temperatures in the work environment can fluctuate with outside weather conditions. Due to the manufacturing environment, Personal Protection Equipment may be required including safety glasses, goggles, aprons, rubber boots, gloves, and a respirator (provided by Company).
