We are seeking an experienced Painter/Sprayer to work on residential and commercial properties , including new construction and remodels . Responsibilities Interior and exterior painting on residential and commercial buildings Spray application and hand application (rolling, back rolling, brushing) Spraying lacquer, oil-based, and water-based coatings (non-automotive) Staining experience required Proper use of spray guns and painting equipment Masking, taping, caulking, and surface preparation Heavy ladder work, roof work and jobsite setup/cleanup Maintain clean, neat, and professional worksites Work as part of a team and follow direction from supervisors Requirements Proven experience in residential and commercial painting Experience with spray applications and staining Valid driver's license (required) Drug-free Ability to speak English and Spanish preferred Reliable, dependable, and punctual Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and desire to grow What We Offer Competitive wages based on experience Consistent work on a variety of projects A supportive team environment Opportunities to grow and expand your skills If you're hardworking, take pride in your craft, and want to be part of a solid, professional team, we'd love to hear from you.
