Painter Job Description Painters will be operating industrial spraying equipment to paint and coat materials. Responsibilities Operate industrial spraying equipment to apply paint and coatings. Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, process sheets, and schematic drawings. Assemble component parts for products according to established specifications, schedules, and standards of quality. Fasten parts together using bolts, screws, rivets, or other fasteners. Essential Skills Ability to read and interpret engineered drawings and production instructions. Proficiency in using various hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices. Strong mechanical aptitude. Experience with industrial painting and spray guns. Minimum of 3 years of previous machine operator experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with assembly processes and techniques. Attention to detail and quality assurance. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Chilton, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.87 - $26.87/hr.
