Position Overview :

As a Paint Technician I, you will join a dynamic team of the company's winning culture by supporting the Mercury Marine values of: Integrity, Customer Centricity, Product & Service Leadership, Sustainability, and Employee Engagement through the production of high quality inboard and outboard marine engines. At Brunswick, we have passion for our work and a distinct ability to deliver.

Essential Functions:

Perform operations to prepare parts for painting such as sorting, sanding, masking, and hanging. Sort parts subsequent to paint and perform salvage-type operations such as sanding and finesse. Perform inspection common to the classification at required intervals. Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety and 5S standards. Quality and quantity of products with the completion of all tasks. Responsible for equipment, including tools and the product. Adhere to company policies and procedures. The hiring rate for this position is $26.26, hourly.
