Description:
Powder Coater $20ph+ (based on experience) 1st shift, Monday
- Thursday, 6am
- 4pm (overtime on Fridays and Saturdays) Located in Manitowoc, WI Candidates will be highly self
- motivated, dependable, have reliable transportation and willing to work in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Prepare parts for coating
Follow all principles and practices of powder coating application
Operate all coating equipment including guns, hoppers and booth collection systems
Observe machine gauges and equipment operation to detect defects
Determine paint flow, viscosity and coating quality by performing visual inspections or by using viscometers
Bake parts at appropriate temperatures within time limitations #Manitowoc1
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
Forklift certification desired but not required.
Experience is preferred but will train appropriate individual.
