Duties Prepare vehicle surfaces by sanding, masking, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality Apply paint using spray guns, power tools, or hand tools with precision and attention to detail Conduct buffing, polishing, and detailing to achieve a flawless appearance on painted surfaces Assist with projects by evaluating damage, estimating repairs, and executing necessary repairs efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and calibrated Collaborate with team members on vehicle maintenance tasks and provide excellent customer service by explaining repair processes Qualifications Prior dealership experience or auto body shop background preferred; auto painting skills required Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, paint spraying equipment, and buffing machines Ability to lift heavy parts safely and perform physical tasks involved in vehicle repair Knowledge of detailing techniques, and vehicle maintenance procedures Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly about repair work and timelines Join us to turn automotive visions into reality!
