Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Powder Coat Painter & Assembler to join our 1st Shift production team. This role is critical to maintaining continuous operation of the powder coating line. The ideal candidate will be responsible for keeping the line running smoothly, hanging and organizing parts efficiently, and performing basic troubleshooting and maintenance when issues arise.

$17-$23 hourly

6:00am - 4:15pm

Oshkosh, WI Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the continuous and efficient operation of the powder coating line during production hours. Hang, organize, and arrange parts on the line in an orderly, consistent manner according to work instructions. Monitor line performance and proactively address any disruptions or irregularities. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or process-related issues with minimal downtime. Coordinate with other departments (prep, painting, curing, inspection) to maintain flow and quality. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks to ensure optimal equipment function. Identify potential process improvements and report them to the supervisor. Follow all safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a powder coating or similar industrial manufacturing environment preferred. Basic mechanical skills and problem-solving ability. Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift parts as required (up to 50lbs). Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain organization in a fast-paced setting. Dependable, team-oriented, and proactive in keeping the line running smoothly. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Work Environment:
Manufacturing environment with moderate to high noise levels, exposure to heat and powder materials. Requires standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motions throughout the shift.
