ExacTech is the primary supplier for Marine Travelift and Shuttlelift crane structures, providing steady, in-door work throughout the year. exactechinc/ ExacTech in Sturgeon Bay, WI is excited to be adding 1st shift Industrial Painters to our team. Industrial Painters will apply industrial grade paint to sandblasted steel beams and other items related to large custom engineered lifting machines used in marine and industrial applications and shipped worldwide. 1st
Shift:
Monday-Thursday 5:45AM-3:15PM; Friday 6:45AM-10:45AM (1/2 day Fridays) Job Responsibilities Prepare necessary paint and maintain necessary equipment Prepare steel beams and other parts for paint application Work in a spray booth Apply industrial grade paint to sandblasted steel beams Dispose of unused paint appropriately by following all safety regulations and guidelines All other duties and responsibilities that are assigned Job Qualifications Previous Industrial painting experience using conventional or airless systems preferred Dependable with a strong work ethic Must be able to wear a full body garment Must be able to be fitted for and wear a respirator Employee Benefits Health, dental, vision, and life insurance plans available the first of the month following date of hire Paid Short-term Disability and Paternity Leave for new parents Eligibility in our 401K benefit plan with company match after 30 days of employment Paid vacation and holidays available at hire Health Saving Account (HSA) plan with employer contribution Participation in the company's semi-annual discretionary incentive plan Job training and advancement opportunities Overtime opportunities available We are an EOE/AA (M/F/Veteran/Disability/Gender Identity/Sexual Orientation) © 2026 Marine Travelift and ExacTech
