Retail Sales Associate - Ski & Snowboard Shop Job Summary Demo Sport in San Rafael is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. If you love skiing, snowboarding, and helping others find the right gear, we want to hear from you. This role is all about creating a great in-store experience—helping customers choose the right equipment, apparel, and accessories for their needs and skill level. We can train you on product details, ski and snowboard setup, and basic adjustments. What we're really looking for is someone who's naturally great with people and brings positive energy to every interaction. Responsibilities Assist customers with selecting skis, snowboards, boots, and gear Provide friendly, knowledgeable service and recommendations Maintain store organization and merchandising Support rental and basic equipment setup (training provided) Qualifications Previous sales experience is a HUGE plus but enthusiasm and a proactive attitude are essential. Passion for sports, fitness, or active lifestyles is highly desirable. Basic knowledge of skis, snowboards, water skis and boards. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
