You'll create an exceptional guest experience by delivering warm hospitality, accurate and efficient service, and a genuine passion for our products. Whether it's a first-time visitor or a returning regular, you'll make every customer feel right at home. Key Responsibilities Greet every guest with a friendly, welcoming attitude and assist them in navigating our menu Take and process customer orders accurately, including in-store, phone, and third-party delivery orders Assemble and package desserts — including cobblers, banana puddings, cinnamon rolls, shakes, cookies, and more — with care and consistency Prepare coffee and other beverages for guest Handle cash and card transactions using the POS system with accuracy Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front-of-house environment at all times Restock display items, beverage cooler, packaging supplies, and condiment stations as needed Educate guests on menu offerings, flavor profiles, specials, and catering options Upsale guests on additional menu items Support catering and event order fulfillment as needed Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health code standards Collaborate with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth, efficient service during peak hours All duties as assigned Qualifications Previous customer service or food service experience preferred but not required — we'll train the right person! Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine love for people Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude Reliable, punctual, and accountable Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs. Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire) Must be available for a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Pay:
$15.00 - $17.00 per hour People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
