Shoe Repair Specialist About the Opportunity Looking for an in-house skilled and detail-oriented Shoe Repair Specialist. This role is responsible for performing high-quality shoe repairs and restorations while maintaining exceptional craftsmanship and customer service. The ideal candidate has experience working with a variety of footwear and materials and takes pride in producing quality work. Key Responsibilities Repair and restore footwear using a variety of techniques and tools. Replace soles, heels, zippers, eyelets, and other shoe components. Perform stitching, patching, cleaning, and leather care. Assess repair needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area. Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and are completed in a timely manner. Qualifications Previous experience as a cobbler or in shoe, leather, or accessory repair preferred. Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship. Ability to work independently and manage multiple repairs. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Strong communication and customer service skills.

Pay:

$25.00 - $33.00 per hour
