Job Description

BAS Technician - up to $90,000 + Vehicle, Medical, 401k Jacksonville, FL We're working with a leading building automation contractor that delivers smart building and energy management solutions across commercial, healthcare, education, industrial, and government facilities throughout Florida. Due to continued project growth, they're looking to add an experienced BAS Technician to their Jacksonville team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business with a strong project pipeline, modern technology stack, and genuine opportunities for career progression. What You'll Be Doing Install, commission, troubleshoot, and service Building Automation Systems (BAS). Program and configure Niagara N4 systems and integrate third-party devices. Diagnose and resolve issues with BACnet, Modbus, and other building automation networks. Carry out system testing, commissioning, and customer demonstrations. Provide preventative maintenance and technical support across a range of client sites. Work closely with project managers, engineers, and customers to deliver high-quality solutions. What We're Looking For Previous experience as a BAS/BMS Technician, Controls Technician, or Building Automation Technician. Strong hands-on experience with Niagara N4 . Knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, and IP-based control networks. Experience commissioning and servicing HVAC control systems. Ability to read electrical drawings and control schematics. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites across the Jacksonville area. What's On Offer Competitive salary with overtime opportunities.
