A well-established mechanical and building systems contractor is seeking a Controls & Low Voltage Manager to provide technical leadership and oversee the successful delivery of building automation, controls, fire alarm, and low voltage systems across commercial and industrial projects. What's in it for you Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off Opportunity to lead high-profile building systems projects Strong pipeline of commercial and industrial work Long-term career growth with an established contractor Collaborative team environment with leadership visibility What you'll do Lead the planning, execution, testing, and commissioning of building automation, controls, fire alarm, and smoke control systems Review and validate submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and sequences of operation Support design-build, design-assist, estimating, and preconstruction efforts Coordinate procurement and technical selection of controls equipment and devices Troubleshoot complex system issues and support commissioning activities Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to technicians and field personnel Coordinate with project management, engineering, safety, and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery Identify and mitigate technical, scheduling, and execution risks What You Bring Strong experience with building automation systems (BAS), controls, and low voltage systems Knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, Ethernet/IP, and integrated building systems Experience with controls platforms such as Niagara, Metasys, Delta Controls, Automated Logic, Alerton, or similar Understanding of fire alarm, smoke control, lighting controls, and electrical metering systems Strong leadership, troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment Niagara 4 and/or controls platform certifications preferred or ability to obtain
Pay:
$130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
