Job Description

Your tasks
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide technical support for PLC topics in production. Troubleshooting support for downtime issues in production lines. Diagnosis equipment malfunctions including complicated repairs and adjustments. Develop process and cycle time improvement to increase performance in production. Support implementation of new automation devices & vision systems in manufacturing processes cells. Robotics issues support. Implementations and/or troubleshooting. Electrical installation and PLC programming support for entire projects (offline and in production). Interface with other technicians and engineering groups to achieve best solutions to process control problems. Support Internal PLC training and mentoring of less experienced technicians. Ensure compliance of Quality basic principles. Actively promote and support the Bosch production system, participation in Continuous Improvement projects, policy implementation and teamwork. It is the associate's responsibility to know and apply the EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) Policies, according to the following responsibilities: Comply with legal and corporate requirements and applicable regulations. Comply with Security requirements applied for your area. Complete assembly equipment automation and robot targeted PMs. Actively participate in training and tests that are scheduled according to the risk level of your position in accordance with the applicable regulations. Your profile Education and/or Experience High School Diploma or Equivalent Associates degree (preferred) PLC programming basic knowledge level. Robotics basic knowledge (preferably in Nachi and Fanuc) Electrical control basic knowledge. Electrical motors principles knowledge. Electropneumatic systems knowledge.
