Horse Cave, KY, 42749 OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Controls Technician to join our team in Horse Cave, KY. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting control systems to ensure performance and reliability. ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial control systems and equipment.

Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on control systems.

Collaborate with engineering teams to implement system upgrades and improvements.

Diagnose and resolve issues related to PLCs, HMIs, and other control devices.

Document all maintenance activities and maintain accurate records of repairs.

Provide technical support and training to other team members as needed.

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in control technology. QualificationsAssociate's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Controls Technician or similar role.

Strong knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting.

Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Modbus).Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
