We are seeking an experienced HVAC Controls Technician who is passionate about installing, maintaining, programming and troubleshooting simple & complex BAS systems. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of commercial BAS systems. The ideal candidate will bring a strong controls background, accompanied by commercial mechanical knowledge, and a proactive approach to problem-solving to ensure our clients' operations run smoothly and efficiently. We are looking for someone who gets it, wants it, and has the capacity to: Knows how to perform various tasks in the building automation world, efficiently, and in compliance with company and customer standards: Understand the importance of personal safety and the safety of all in your scope Comply with all standards, policies, safety procedures and local codes Takes ownership and provides exceptional results: Motivated to solve problems, serve customers, and deliver high-quality results Proactively communicates with clients and Area Manager Committed to supporting your team with accurate reporting of detailed work orders and notes utilizing BuildOps software Train less skilled employees to develop a highly skilled work force Dedicates skills, time, and focus to deliver: Technically proficient with controls systems and networking procedures Physically ability to perform fieldwork safely and efficiently Management of documentation, job coordination, vehicle and tool needs with minimal oversight Stays up to date with all new technologies and is willing to attend trainings to increase these skills as needed We are looking for someone whose prior experiences demonstrate the following: A drive for successful outcomes in the face of obstacles, with follow-through and sense of urgency A clear, productive communicator with timely follow up Resolving issues with critical thinking, attention to detail, and active listening Team-oriented, positive attitude, and eager to support initiatives A problem-solver who will identify needs and make meaningful contributions to process enhancement Dependable to your role, your team, and your stakeholders We are dedicated to supporting your growth through training and development, and we track your impact using a few key metrics: Adherence to Safety Procedures Report details and timing Quality of workmanship Customer Service Rating Pull Through Work Experience Proven experience as a controls technician with 5+ years experience Strong knowledge of commercial building automation principles related to networking, programming, installation and repair. Familiarity with schematics, controls design principles, IP & MS/TP system knowledge, and system troubleshooting techniques.

knowledge and experience combined with programming/PLC skills to handle diverse service requests efficiently. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
