Job Description
Wiring Technician Team Lead $26-$28/Hour | Full-Time Lead. Mentor. Grow. We're looking for an experienced Wiring Technician Team Lead to oversee electrical installation projects and support a team of technicians. Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Occasional overtime available Responsibilities Lead and mentor wiring technicians and apprentices Assign daily work and keep projects on schedule Perform and oversee electrical wiring installations Read and interpret electrical plans, schematics, and blueprints Troubleshoot electrical issues and ensure quality workmanship Maintain compliance with safety standards and electrical codes Coordinate with project teams to support successful project completion Qualifications 3+ years of electrical or wiring experience Previous leadership or supervisory experience Strong knowledge of NEC codes and electrical systems Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics Valid driver's license and clean driving record Strong communication and problem-solving skills
