Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform start-up, commissioning, and testing of Caterpillar generator systems (10 kW to multi-megawatt), including control programming (EMCP, DGC, MCP/LSM) Configure and validate system performance including load sharing, paralleling, governor/AVR settings, and power factor controls Conduct load bank testing, system diagnostics, and performance verification to ensure reliable operation Start up, test, and troubleshoot Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) systems across multiple manufacturers; verify sequencing, controls, and

compliance Support switchgear integration by performing I/O checks, system verification, and troubleshooting of breakers, relays, and protection circuits Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control system issues, performing root-cause analysis to improve reliability and performance Follow and enforce safety standards (NFPA 70E, LOTO), maintain accurate documentation, and coordinate with engineers, contractors, and customers throughout project execution About the
