Ideal candidate will possess the following experience and knowledge: Minimum of two (2) years of Building Automation System controls installation and service experience is a must. Technical or trade school in HVAC or similar field is a plus. Installation and Field Service maintaining and troubleshooting of Building Automation Systems/Energy Management Systems for system additions, deletions and periodic maintenance. Ability to analyze problems and troubleshoot the issues for the successful operation of BAS/BMS/EMS and HVAC/Lighting Control systems. Experience with reading and interpreting BAS/Control drawings, wiring schematics Have a firm working knowledge of electrical systems (AC/DC) and commercial mechanical systems. Familiarity with a Personal Computer and applications for communication, downloading of files/applications, record keeping and report writing; Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Email, etc. Ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels of customers - Contractors, tenants, owner agents and co-workers.

$35.00 - $50.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
