is a technical services business. We are seeking an Electrical Controls-Mechanical-Calibration Technicians that will work/troubleshoot customer equipment in our shop. Must be willing to travel to customers location, when needed. Most job locations are less than a week. We are in the business of troubleshooting/servicing thermal spray coating systems. Thermal Spraying is a surface coating technology that provides a desired surface function different that what is the substrate material is made of. Powdered metals, ceramics, and polymers are melted and sprayed onto a prepared substrate where they freeze to create a desired hardness and thermal protective surfaces over the substrate beneath. Our mission is to assist companies in maintaining their equipment for optimum functionality in electrical controls, pneumatics, mechanical and device calibrations. We are considered the best in troubleshooting and calibrations. We also manufacture thermal spray systems and integrate their used components to our new units. We buy, then repair and/or rebuild equipment in our shop to perform as originally intended. Our shop is great location to learn for mechanical, gaseous, pneumatic, and electrical issues. Skills that can be utilized at our customer's facility on their equipment that have issues. We are seeking [I've got to know] technicians having the following skills: Enjoys working with people/customers Enjoys being the problem solver Understands electrical controls basics Understands electrical schematics Understands pneumatic schematics; Pneumatics knowledge is a plus Understands mechanical issues Understands use of multi-meter, measuring instruments and hand tools Eye for details within the system area for possible faults during problem solving.
