Adventures Ahead is hiring for both our Summer Program and the 2026-2027 School Year Program! We are looking for someone who loves reading, enjoys working with children, and has a creative, positive personality. This position is perfect for someone interested in education, child development, arts and crafts, or after-school enrichment programs. Job Type Part-Time Program Schedules Summer Program Monday through Friday 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM 3-week program June 15, 2026 - July 3, 2026 2026-2027 School Year Program Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday Approximately 11 hours per week Starts September 2026 Responsibilities Assist students in 1st through 5th grade with homework Support reading and reading intervention activities Help with math practice and learning activities Lead arts and crafts projects Assist with science projects and enrichment activities Supervise students during movies and recreational activities Create a fun, safe, and encouraging environment for children Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Loves reading Enjoys playing and interacting with kids Is patient, dependable, and positive Loves arts and crafts Works well in a team environment Can help create a fun learning atmosphere Location Los Angeles, CA Pay Pay based on experience.
