• Full-time or Part-time About the Work We install a lifetime RV roofing system.

It's a do-it-once, do-it-right kind of job — precise, professional, and built to last. If you take pride in working with your hands and want to see something real and permanent come together every week, you'll fit right in. No RV experience required — we'll train you step-by-step. Upon completion of training, you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. We work as a team to reach our goals, have a good time while we get the job done, and take pride in the quality of every roof we finish. What You'll Do Sand, clean, and prep RV roofs Mask surfaces for clean, professional lines Assist with material handling and roof setup Disassemble and reassemble of components Work carefully on RV and trailer roofs with proper safety gear Learn professional-grade surface prep and coating methods Who You Are Detail-oriented and patient — not a "rush job" type Dependable, consistent, and respectful of quality Comfortable working at RV roof height Comfortable using hand and power tools safely and confidently Willing to wear required PPE (eye protection, gloves, respirator, etc.) when needed and follow all shop safety procedures Ready to learn craftsmanship and take pride in your work Bonus if you've done: paint prep, autobody, construction, or woodworking, or worked basic power tools (impact drive, drill, grinder, etc.) Why This Job Matters RV owners rely on us to protect what makes their travels possible. Schedule Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM Part-time schedules available (flexible days or half-days) Occasional overtime if desired Pay Starting at $20
